Con-SEPT develops valves and valve train components together with the customers. We both offer custom made parts for development or series production. Depending on the engine, fuel and application we advice our customers on the design and material combinations. An overview of the services we offer is shown below.

Consulting and development

We offer you our know-how to design and engineer combustion engines. Especially with valve train development we have many years of experience. We support you from the feasibility study to the first design and the final produced products.

Prototypes and small series

Many motorsports and classic car customers appreciate our know-how and services as a flexible supplier of valve train components and engine parts. We supply spare parts for rare engines according to samples or (tuning) kits for historic cars, developed together with our customers.

Failure analysis and problem-solving

Our long-time experience related to wear and failure analysis, especially for valve train components, together with the knowledge how to solve these issues, makes con-SEPT a valuable contact to get solutions for your challenges with combustion engines.

Material analysis

The material choice and the right tribology has a crucial influence on the long term operation of the components. With experience and proven methods we test materials, heat treatments and coatings on the components.

Trading of engine parts

In addition to the parts in our own portfolio for motorsports, classic cars and historic tractors, we also offer parts of larger, well known suppliers. We deliver most of the parts on short term against very competitive prices.

Sealing kits and gaskets

A perfect engine overhaul also includes perfect sealing. We support our customers with seals and gaskets made of high quality materials, individually assorted sealing kits or custom-made cylinder head gaskets.
